The Camera2 API Probe application is a great way to improve how apps can interact with the various cameras attached to your smartphone. It provides efficient functionalities such as zero-copy burst/streaming flows, per-frame controls for exposure, gain, white balance gains, color conversion, denoising, sharpening, and other camera settings to the apps. To make it simple, it is a tool that allows apps to efficiently use a device's camera functions without having to worry about the specifics of the camera sensor.
The app is very easy to use and does not require an expert or any complicated setup. It's available to download completely free of charge.
